During registration, you provide a username, email address, password, and mobile number. Your password must be at least 12 characters and include uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. We send a verification email to confirm your address. Once you verify your email, we ask for your legal name, date of birth, and KTP number for KYC verification. Your mobile number is used for account recovery and two-factor authentication if you enable it. All information is encrypted and stored securely.

You are redirected to the wallet app or browser to authorize the transaction. Once you approve the payment in your wallet, the funds transfer to your nila account instantly. Your balance updates immediately. We do not charge deposit fees. If the transaction fails, check your wallet balance and try again. For mobile banking, local payment, and online payment, the process is similar — select the method, enter the amount, and authorize in your app.

Bank transfers (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) may incur standard bank fees depending on your bank; these are charged by your bank, not by nila. Wallet withdrawals (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) typically have no additional fees. Your withdrawal amount is confirmed before you submit the request.

If you have a promotion code, enter it during registration or in your account settings under Promotions. Some codes are valid only for new accounts; others apply to existing users. Once you enter a valid code, any associated bonus or offer is credited to your account according to the promotion's terms.
